Therefore, a correctly dimensioned washer is essential for both the reliability of the connection and safe tightening.

By using an HV Washer, you eliminate the need for a counterforce, making tightening safer and more straightforward. By removing the counterforce foot from the tightening process, you significantly reduce the risk of crushing, eliminating the most common hazard in high-torque tightening. HV Washers require a specially designed Washer Driver sleeve, which takes the support directly from the washer.
