True-Lock Backup Washers

True-Lock Backup Washer is a special washer designed for industrial use that prevents bolt connections from loosening under dynamic loads. It is ideal for use in the process industry, power plants, mines and shipbuilding. The washer is grooved on both sides, which locks the preloaded connection in place without separate lock nuts or washers. The design effectively prevents loosening caused by vibration and dynamic loads. The product’s functionality has been confirmed in the Junker test, which is considered the industry standard and simulates the transverse forces that loosen bolted connections.
