Positioning Control System

To guarantee quality production, an assembly process needs to be counted, checked, ordered and displayed. DOGA’s sequence management tools are specially designed to fulfill all applications. DPC Touch, the assembly sequence management interface for positioning control, is the ideal tool for stand-alone work stations. Once a sequence is selected, the operator views the process step by step, screw by screw and is led by the instructions on the screen. This eliminates the risk of missed screws or incorrect torque values.
