HYDRAULIC TORQUE WRENCH

The HYTORC AVANTI-1 is a compact hydraulic torque wrench that brings hydraulic precision to places where larger tools can no longer fit. The torque range of 261–1741 Nm covers a wide range of the most common tightening applications in industry, and ±3 percent repeatability ensures consistent results from one tightening cycle to the next. The reaction force is taken from the drive shaft, which improves the wrench’s durability and minimizes lateral loading. This means less friction on the bolt, less stress on the torque wrench, and a more precise tightening result. The coupling assembly rotates 360 × 180 degrees, so the torque wrench adapts to the application rather than the application having to adapt to the torque wrench.
